To request or cancel an appointment, join a Telehealth session or request appointment reminders, simply click on the link below, which will bring you to your Client Portal.
For Your First Appointment
Contact Tim via your preferred method above, and he will let you know if he is able to meet with you. If so, he will work with you to schedule a session.
Tim will provide you with instructions for signing in to your HIPAA-compliant Client Portal and completing paperwork before your first session together.
Make sure to bring your photo I.D. to session.
Payments are made via credit cards, along with HSA/FSA cards for eligible expenses. Payment card information is kept securely on file. If you prefer to pay via cash or check, Tim can make prior arrangements with you also. Filed payment information is required to reserve and schedule appointments, and all payments are due at the time of your session.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least a 24-hour notice, or you will be charged the full session price for the missed appointment. This policy exists because an open time slot is often not fillable within 24 hours.
